Yea's Wok has very good Chinese food with low prices. It's in a little strip mall in New Castle, and offers a very tasty lunch menu with full meals between five and six dollars. This visit, we had the Mongolian Beef, a favorite of mine, and an adventurous dish - the House Special Spicy Seafood Soup. The Mongolian Beef was excellent, on the sweet side. The soup was very spicy, and heaping with seafood and vegetables. I liked it but others in our party didn't care much for it.

Lunch comes with Hot & Sour or Egg Flower soup, your entree, steamed or fried rice, and a fortune cookie. It makes a great first impression, and we'll have to come back for dinner and to try more dishes.

Bottom Line: Very good Chinese, and remarkably inexpensive.

We tried Yea's Wok for takeout, as some friends recommended it as a way to avoid the wait on a busy Friday or Saturday night. Just call in your order and go in 20 minutes later to pick it up. It definitely worked. Our food was ready when we arrived and it was a snap.

We can confirm that the Mongolian Beef and Hot & Sour Soup are as excellent as before. On top of that, we tried the Yea's Fried Rice - good fried rice with lots of meats and seafood. Also, we had the Crispy Shrimp with Sweet Chili Sauce. It was good too, but not as novel as it sounded. It was more like very good Sweet and Sour Chicken, except with fried shrimp and no vegetables. Not bad, but with hundreds of delicious sounding dishes to choose from, it'll be a while before I go back to it again.

Bottom Line: Same great food, and takeout service is great for busy nights.
