Top Gun is one of the busiest restaurants in Chinatown, and it's packed with locals. That's the sign of a great restaurant! They deliver seafood, and a whole lot of it. Their menu is incredibly extensive, and we often witness whole plates of shrimp or crab being brought out to tables. Definitely the place for authentic Chinese seafood dishes.

We tried the Garlic Prawns with Honey Walnuts (excellent!) and Top Gun Assorted Hot Pot (also very good). With some good fried rice on the side, and mango pudding for dessert, which they threw in free, our meal was delicious. Our only regret was not having the stomach space to get some of the incredible dishes we saw on neighboring tables. We'll have to come back and try them another day.

Top Gun in Seattle is much better somehow than it's Bellevue restaurant. Even identical dishes are better prepared in the Seattle location. And the prices are reasonable too. It's worth the extra drive to try this great authentic Chinese cuisine, especially if you're a seafood fan. You might want to avoid Friday and Saturday night though, as it's especially packed with a long line out the door.

Bottom Line: Great Chinese seafood!
