I can sum up Las Margaritas up in four words: Decent chain Mexican food. Located near downtown Redmond, the food is nothing spectacular, but it's a safe bet if you're in the mood for Mexican. Las Margaritas is a widespread local chain, and I prefer it to Azteca.

Everything we ordered was okay. Margaritas, burritos, tortilla soup, fish tacos - they were all satisfactory. The slight stand-out was the Shrimp Fajitas. But overall, nothing special, even the chips and salsa.

Bottom Line: Decent chain Mexican food.
